Need to Return or Exchange goods from Mulboo online store? The Mulboo shopping experience is a guarantee of customer satisfaction like no other!  If you don’t love your products within 14 days of receiving them and trying them out or the colours you’ve chosen aren’t quite right, return your products for a FULL REFUND or up to 14 days to exchange – no questions asked! Mulboo will exchange goods, provided they are in brand new condition with tags still attached and have not been used. The item must be returned within 14 days. Faulty, or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase. We will make every effort to process items returned to Mulboo online store within 3 business days of receipt at our office. Refunds will be processed through PayPal.
